LENDING TERMS

In consideration of and to secure the amount identified as the Amount Financed. Pledgor Hereby deposits with the issuer of this pawn ticket the pledged goods, described on the reverse hereof. The Pledgor altesis that the pledged goods are not stolen, rented or leased and that they have no liens or encumbrances against them. Pledgor also attests to have good title to the pledged goods, that Pledgor has the right to pledge the goods, and that the Pledgor is not in voluntary or involuntary bankruptcy of any type. 

The Pledgor is not obligated to redeem the pledged goods and the pledged goods may be forfeited to the Lender 60 days after the specified maturity date. This loan shall be due in 30 days after the date made. If it is extended, it shall be due 30 days after the date of the last preceding extension. If the loan is not paid when due, it shall be in default on the next day. The Lender will retain possession of the pledged goods for 60 days next following the date of default. If during that 60 day period the Pledgor pays to the Lender the principal owed plus all loan fees and interest owed, the Lender will deliver the pledged goods to the Pledgor. If during that 60 day period the Pledgor does not pay to the Lender the principal owed plus all loan fees and interest owed, title to the goods shall pass to the Lender and the Pledgor shall not be able to redeem the goods. See RSMo Section 367.040 for additional information.

In compliance with RSMo Section 367.021, the maximum rate of interest which may be charged for making and carrying any secured personal credit loan shall not exceed two percent per month on the amount of such loan. Lenders may also charge for the storage and security of such pledged property.

Pledgor states that all personal information has been removed from the items being pledged. This includes but not limited to personal information stored computers, laptops, PDAs, cell phones and tablet pads. If Pledger fails to remove their personal information from the items being pledged, Lender shall not be responsible for any unforeseen or inappropriate use of it.

Lender shall not be responsible for loss of pledged goods due to acts of God or acts of war, terrorism or riots. In the event that the pledged goods are lost or damaged while in Lender’s possession, Pledgor agrees that Lender’s liability shall be limited to replacement with like kind merchandise. Unless otherwise stated on this ticket, Pledgor declares that the total replacement value of the pledged goods are no more that twice the “amount financed” as shown on the front of this ticket. In the event that the declared replacement value is more than twice the “amount financed” then Pledgor shall declare that amount by hand writing “declared value” followed by the amount of that “declared value” on the front of this ticket. Both Pledger and Lender shall put their initials next to that amount. 

If this pawn ticket is lost, destroyed or stolen, you should immediately so advise the issuing Lender, in writing.
